About the Role
Realtor.com® is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Data) to operationalize their business-led data strategy. This role will bridge the gap between high-level mission and technical execution, driving operational excellence and managing data initiatives to ensure the reliability of critical data that fuels customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide executives with clarity on program health, data ROI, and strategic alignment
- →Act as the Scrum Master for Data Engineering and Analytics squads
- →Manage large-scale, cross-functional issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- →Collaborate with engineering, data governance, and business teams to define incident response protocols
- →Translate business-led requirements into a technical data roadmap
- →Facilitate effective communication and alignment among stakeholders
- →Prepare and present regular status reports, post-incident reviews, and process improvement recommendations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale data program management
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and incident management best practices
- ✓Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and incidents simultaneously
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello) and data-related platforms (Hadoop, Spark, SQL)
