About the Role
Weβre looking for a talented Content Designer and AI whizz to join our team at Miro and contribute directly to high-impact projects that elevate the Miro experience. This role will sit within our AI Canvas team, specifically working on enhancing our AI Workflow experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork with product, UX, and engineering teams to help shape the product vision and create user-focused content for high-priority AI features
- βDesign and develop prompts, UI copy and error messages to help users adopt Sidekicks and Flows
- βPlan, develop and deliver conversational content that guides users effectively
- βContribute to the refinement and application of Miroβs content design guidelines
- βCollaborate with design and UX research to conduct user research and test content hypotheses
- βParticipate in design and product reviews, providing clear rationale for content design decisions
- βAdvocate for the value of content design in the product development process
Requirements
- β6+ years of experience in content design or UX writing
- βStrong portfolio showcasing clear, user-focused content
- βProven experience working with cross-functional teams
- βDeep understanding of UX writing principles and user-centered design
- βFamiliarity with AI products, conversation design, or prompt engineering
- βAbility to align product content strategy with business objectives
- βStrong written and verbal communication skills
- βProactive and flexible approach to managing multiple priorities
