About the Role
We are looking for a Graduate Product Designer to join our team at Miro. This 12-month program is designed to help new designers launch their careers in design, research, or content writing. You'll gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects and be mentored by experienced designers, researchers, and content writers.
Key Responsibilities
- βExplore the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing
- βIdentify where you need to dive deep, running your own research and collaborating closely with UXR and analytics
- βUnderstand the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them closely with engineering partners
- βUnderstand the competitive landscape and hypothesize new solutions and improvements to the Miro products
- βBring delight to Miro users through customer-centric solutions implemented through high-quality interaction design and creative visuals
Requirements
- βGraduate in 2025-6 in Bachelorβs or Masterβs in interaction design, industrial design, creative design, HCI, or a related design field
- βStrong drive to learn and absorb knowledge from your team
- βAI-First Proficiency - Weβre building for an AI-first future
- βEffective written and verbal communication skills
- βBe available to start a full-time position for our 12-month program from August 2026
- βBe able to commute to our office in Amsterdam or Berlin
