About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Miro. This role involves managing a portfolio of the largest UK and Ireland clients across various industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, and T&E. You will lead a cross-functional account team and develop strategies to achieve expansion goals and ensure long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

→Combine the interests of multiple Executive stakeholders to drive account revenue growth.
→Develop strategic account plans to motivate and lead company resources in appropriate expansion strategies.
→Break into new personas and lines of business to drive incremental use cases across our multi-product AI Innovation Workspace.
→Ensure accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for future growth.
→Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline contribution, closed business [ARR], and retained business [GRR].
→Position a services-first and consultative selling motion to accomplish client business goals with Miro's AI Innovation Workspace.

Requirements

✓6+ years of sales experience servicing multi-national clients in the UK/I region enterprise market, including experience with SaaS.
✓Strong account expansion skills, including board-room level efficacy, new business development, strategic territory & account planning, and cross-functional team-selling.
✓Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Ability to build rapport and relationships with C-Suite.
✓Great attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively in a growing team.
✓Results-oriented individual excited by the prospect of fueling Miro's growth by expanding our sales pipeline.
