About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Redgate Software. You'll be part of a small, cross-functional team working on Redgate Monitor, our flagship monitoring solution that helps organizations proactively monitor, diagnose, and optimize their database environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and test world-class software with a focus on scalable, resilient, and secure systems
- →Provide guidance and direction to the team when faced with software design and implementation challenges
- →Write well-tested code and maintain high standards for code quality, system design, and testing
- →Collaborate with the team to ensure the product is of high quality
- →Work closely with user experience specialists to design, implement, and improve product user experience
- →Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a positive environment
- →Take ownership of significant projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery of tangible business value
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in modern .NET/C#
- ✓Ability to design and build scalable, resilient, and secure systems
- ✓Bias for simplicity and maintainability in code and products
- ✓Practice of unit testing, code reviews, and constant communication
- ✓Excellent communicator with good attention to detail
- ✓Experience in an agile development environment
