About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI workstream within our flagship product and drive us toward AI-first delivery and capabilities. This role focuses on reimagining how compliance reviews are done and how firms stay ahead of regulators using intelligent, supervised Agentic automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end for our Compliance solution
- →Define, track, and communicate success metrics for AI features
- →Conduct ongoing discovery with wealth managers and compliance officers
- →Champion responsible AI practices in client conversations
- →Partner with engineering to shape AI system design
- →Work closely with sales and marketing to position AI capabilities
- →Navigate the regulatory environment to ensure compliance
- →Evaluate AI/LLM vendors and infrastructure partners
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience
- ✓2+ years directly shipping AI/ML-powered products in B2B SaaS
- ✓Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
- ✓Strong discovery and research instincts
- ✓Demonstrated track record of AI features with user adoption
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
