About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our technology company, redbee, with over 14 years of experience in the financial industry. This role involves developing innovative digital products and contributing to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop financial products for clients from end to end, including architecture definition, methodology, KPIs, and best practices
- →Focus on quality through continuous delivery, pair programming, code reviews, and monitoring impact metrics
- →Participate in project roadmap, estimations, and task management
- →Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders for feature development
Requirements
- ✓Solid technical background with React Native and Typescript (6+ years)
- ✓Experience in Micro Frontends
- ✓Knowledge of NestJs
- ✓Experience mentoring team members and contributing to their career development
- ✓Experience interacting with external stakeholders for feature implementation
