About the Role
We are looking for motivated graduates to join our Data & Reporting Governance team. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring stable operations, maintaining high data quality, and driving improvements in reporting processes that seamlessly connect Operations and Finance, especially during month-end closures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in global Operations BI reporting processes
- →Manage and orchestrate BI master data and authorization processes
- →Support new reporting developments and rollouts
- →Conduct training sessions and provide process support
- →Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in Operations Reporting
- →Gain valuable project management experience by acting as an internal consultant in project design phases
- →Coordinate improvements in reporting processes with IT stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Graduate-level education in a relevant field
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Basic understanding of data management principles
- ✓Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Basic knowledge of BI tools and reporting systems
