About the Role

You will be a key partner to managers in the part of the organization you support, coaching and challenging them to maximize potential and develop leadership, operations, and our business.

Key Responsibilities

• →Work closely with managers on organizational structure, performance management, goal setting, talent and leadership development, and work environment.
• →Ensure our processes for goals, follow-up, and development are followed and used in a way that creates value for the business.
• →Support managers in translating strategic goals into clear, measurable, and engaging goals for their teams.
• →Strengthen our ability to build engagement at individual, team, and organizational levels.
• →Own and further develop our engagement process from planning and implementation to follow-up and action plans at both team and organizational levels.
• →Support, train, and coach managers in interpreting results, translating insights into concrete actions, and following up on initiatives related to engagement, leadership, and work environment.
• →Contribute with analysis, recommendations, and insights from our engagement and HR data to develop individuals, teams, and the organization.
• →Simplify and clarify work methods, routines, and communication related to engagement so that our processes are perceived as relevant and effective for both managers and employees.
• →Be an integral part of forums such as conferences, business planning, and other internal meetings where strategy, goals, and development are discussed.
• →Plan, implement, and facilitate training, workshops, and development initiatives for both small groups and larger parts of the organization.
• →Create conditions for a strong performance and development climate where feedback, learning, and improvement are natural parts of everyday life.
• →Challenge us as an HR department and contribute with ideas for improvements to ensure we are the best possible HR partner to the business.
