About the Role
We are looking for a Collection Development professional to oversee fit, workmanship approvals, and product documentation for jersey and sweat categories. This role involves supporting the development process from concept to final product, ensuring all garments meet quality, fit, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee fit, workmanship approvals, graphic execution, and product documentation for jersey and sweat categories
- →Support the development process from concept to final product
- →Manage and drive the target costing process for assigned styles
- →Partner with Sourcing, Buying, and Quality to achieve optimal balance of product innovation, margin, and price
- →Maintain clear, proactive communication with suppliers
- →Manage and approve garment fit throughout the development cycle
- →Review and validate workmanship, construction details, and graphic applications
- →Create and maintain accurate product documentation and technical files
- →Partner with Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Buying, and suppliers to keep stakeholders aligned
