About the Role
We are seeking a Tax Reform Project Manager to lead integrated planning and governance for tax reform initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the integrated plan for Tax Reform, ensuring governance, risk management, milestones, interdependencies, and clear communication across all involved areas
- →Conduct PMO routines such as steering committees, status reports, risk reviews and decision forums, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- →Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, evaluating impacts, risks, interdependencies and opportunities for transformation
- →Support technology and digital transformation initiatives connected to Finance and Tax Reform
- →Develop documentation, training materials and PMO governance standards
- →Actively participate in Finance and Technology transformation forums
- →Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs (BI) to support progress visibility and strategic decision-making
- →Adopt a holistic approach to solve business complexities across Finance, Tax and Technology
- →Promote a data-driven and AI-oriented management culture
