About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development professional to manage key account relationships with major grocery groups and drive sales for Red Bull products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage key account relationships with 25 Regional Grocery Groups
- →Prioritize and manage coverage of key groups and stores to maximize opportunities
- →Meet with Area Managers, Regional Buyers, and Multiple Site Owners
- →Ensure compliance with National Head Office Agreements
- →Develop Joint Business Plans aligned with National Brand Campaigns
- →Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- →Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and availability
- →Spend 70% of time each week in store scoping opportunities
- →Maintain and increase availability of Red Bull products
- →Ensure fair share of space in Soft Drinks and Sports & Energy categories
- →Agree on incremental distribution of Red Bull products
- →Agree on additional chilled and ambient placements in stores
- →Ensure effective rollout of New Product Development
- →Execute marketing initiatives with in-store POS
- →Increase in-store presence through merchandising
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business development and key account management
- ✓Strong understanding of grocery retail landscape
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- ✓Experience in sales planning and performance tracking
- ✓Knowledge of Red Bull products and market
- ✓Ability to travel and spend significant time in stores
