About the Role
We are looking for a Budget Management Analyst to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on managing the Off-Premise Trade Budget for the Convenience channel, supporting major accounts like 7-Eleven, Circle K, and QuikTrip.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the Off-Premise Trade Budget for Red Bull’s Convenience channel
- →Contribute to the accuracy of business plans and revised estimates
- →Conduct monthly FP&A tasks, including month-end close and volume/rate/mix analysis
- →Distribute financial information to budget owners through report sharing and monthly review meetings
- →Promote operational efficiency by minimizing time spent on report generation
- →Facilitate impactful budget meetings by introducing innovative ideas and relevant insights
- →Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- →Manage CPM accruals and ensure planning accuracy for Convenience accounts
- →Perform value chain analyses for existing and potential new retailers
- →Deliver thorough spend analyses and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in financial planning and analysis
- ✓Experience with CPM and CRM systems
- ✓Ability to conduct profitability analyses for promotional activities
- ✓Familiarity with Circana metrics
- ✓Expertise in measuring return on investment across various tactics
- ✓Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and delivering actionable insights
