About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for all recruitment and talent acquisition matters, advising defined business units from our global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee the entire search process to ensure timely placement of the right talent
- →Strengthen the employer brand with targeted initiatives to attract the right talent for Red Bull
- →Manage the complete talent acquisition process from talent mapping, sourcing, marketing activities, interviews, to final offers and onboarding
- →Ensure speed, transparency, and optimal communication between stakeholders
- →Provide an excellent candidate experience with a personal and trustworthy approach
- →Proactively engage with talents through the right channels
- →Analyze hiring needs, identify potential, and implement talent attraction initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- ✓Experience in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- ✓Knowledge of recruitment marketing and sourcing techniques
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with business units and stakeholders
