About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the Red Bull team. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for various business levels and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage the recruitment process including profiling, sourcing, screening and evaluation
- βReview and assess candidate profiles, providing timely feedback to hiring managers
- βOwn the candidate experience from start to finish, including new starter packs and inductions
- βMaintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics
- βEmpower hiring managers and guide them in making hiring decisions
- βPartner with global talent team and stay updated on internal tools and processes
- βManage relationships with external recruitment firms and TA partnerships
- βUse data and insights to analyze information and recommend solutions
- βEducate hiring managers on internal tools
- βProvide business, system and TA process training as needed
- βChampion βRed Bull Wingfinderβ as a recruitment and selection tool
Requirements
- βExperience in recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
