About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the Red Bull team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and high-impact positions.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and high-impact positions
→Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet high-volume demands
→Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring understanding of needs and strategic alignment
→Be an expert in using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, including training managers on tool usage
→Support the construction and conduct of selection processes for internships and traineeships
→Create and implement initiatives to attract top talent aligned with Red Bull's values
→Use data and metrics to optimize processes and ensure consistent results
→Represent the Red Bull brand at events and initiatives focused on the job market, strengthening our presence as a desired employer

Requirements

✓Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
✓Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies
✓Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
✓Proficiency in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
✓Knowledge of internship and trainee selection processes
