About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Training Designer to develop and implement Category Management learning solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to assess learning needs and design comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement Category Management learning solutions
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess learning needs
- →Design comprehensive learning solutions including job aids, eLearning materials, and instructor-led training
- →Roll out programs to enhance employees' knowledge of category management strategy
- →Support development of learning solutions for Key Account, Insights, Distribution, and Field Sales organizations
- →Act as an ambassador for Sales Athlete programs
- →Coordinate with leadership to develop market-specific learning solutions
- →Partner with Subject Matter Experts and vendors to align on objectives
- →Recommend or utilize vendor programs that align with instructional goals
- →Establish metrics to measure performance of learning solutions
- →Implement processes to collect information on post-program behavior adoption
- →Evaluate data to recommend additional training or process modifications
- →Assess facilitator performance and recommend improvements
- →Take ownership of project plans and timelines
- →Coordinate and implement training initiatives through Red Bull’s LMS
- →Oversee and enhance existing training resources and databases
- →Develop and disseminate communications related to learning solutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in instructional design and training development
- ✓Strong understanding of Category Management principles
- ✓Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
- ✓Experience with eLearning and audiovisual resources
- ✓Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- ✓Project management skills to coordinate and implement training initiatives
- ✓Ability to establish metrics and evaluate training effectiveness
- ✓Experience with facilitator training and development
