About the Role
We are looking for an App CRM Manager to join our team. This role focuses on shaping customer engagement and retention for the Redcare App across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design push notifications and in-app communication strategies for the Redcare App
- →Enable and support marketing teams in planning and executing in-app and push campaigns
- →Act as the app CRM expert and central interface between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and external partners
- →Work closely with Product and Tech on mobile CRM topics such as event tracking, data structures, consent and opt-in logic, feature integrations, QA and SDK updates
- →Develop and test app retention strategies and promotions together with product and marketing teams
- →Define standards, best practices, templates and documentation to ensure consistent quality and efficient execution across markets
- →Own reporting and KPI frameworks (e.g. delivery, engagement, retention, conversion) and support teams with insights and optimization recommendations
- →Monitor market, technology and competitive trends in mobile CRM and app engagement and translate them into actionable improvements
Requirements
- ✓Experience with app CRM tools such as CleverTap or Leanplum
- ✓Strong understanding of push notifications and in-app communication strategies
- ✓Knowledge of event tracking, data structures, and SDK updates
- ✓Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data
- ✓Experience with defining standards, best practices, and documentation
- ✓Proficiency in reporting and KPI frameworks
- ✓Understanding of market, technology, and competitive trends in mobile CRM and app engagement
