About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Retail Media team. This role involves setting up, managing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns for brand partners across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set up and activate Retail Media Campaigns onsite (Redcare web & app) for brand partners and retail clients
- →Plan, set up, and activate Google Ads campaigns across programmatic, social, Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube
- →Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs and revenue targets
- →Optimize campaigns in real time using Google Ads, ad servers, DSPs, and social platforms to maximize ROI
- →Collaborate with Campaign Management and Ad Tech teams for best-in-class execution
- →Support reporting activities and post-campaign analyses
- →Ensure all activations meet Redcare’s quality standards
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- ✓Knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital media strategies
- ✓Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- ✓Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring
