About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead the charge in modernizing federal and defense operations. This role involves architecting digital engines that drive mission-critical programs using the full Power Platform stack and SharePoint Online.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) tailored to complex government workflows.
- →Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approval chains, system integrations, and data transformations.
- →Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide program leadership with actionable, real-time insights.
- →Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments to serve as secure collaboration hubs and document management platforms.
- →Integrate Power Platform solutions with the broader M365 ecosystem, including Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into iterative, high-quality technical solutions.
- →Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- ✓Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- ✓3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- ✓Demonstrated experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
- ✓Proven ability to build automated flows with Power Automate that include error handling and monitoring.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
