About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Reducto, a company that helps AI teams ingest real-world enterprise data with state-of-the-art accuracy. This is a founding PM role where you will set the product direction across our core platform, including APIs, no-code workflows, and document processing.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop deep expertise in customers' workflows, our models, and the competitive landscape
→Multiply the team by removing obstacles, nailing launch plans, and keeping the team aligned
→Keep pace with AI-native development by finding paths that match the pace of engineering
→Ship product end-to-end, from specification to launch and iteration
→Set the quality bar by personally QAing features and pushing for extra polish
→Go broad and deep by developing understanding across verticals and customer personas

Requirements

✓5+ years as a PM, engineer, or founder
✓Deeply technical with the ability to read API specs and discuss model architectures
✓Metrics-driven with a focus on quantitative success
✓Excellent taste with attention to details in copy, flow, naming, and speed
✓Maniacal about outcomes with a focus on identifying what matters and executing plans
