About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Relay, a digital banking platform for self-made business owners. This role focuses on delivering measurable improvements in customer and business outcomes within a defined product area.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and execute the roadmap for a defined product area aligned to customer and company goals
- →Launch and iterate on high-priority initiatives that improve usability, adoption, or financial outcomes
- →Define and track KPIs tied to business performance
- →Partner with Risk, Data, and Operations to ensure products are reliable, secure, and insight-driven
- →Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CX to ensure strong go-to-market execution and adoption
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping meaningful product improvements
- ✓Experience owning a defined product area or mandate within a pod or team
- ✓Strong ability to define measurable success metrics and hold yourself accountable to them
- ✓Comfortable driving initiatives from discovery to launch with increasing autonomy
- ✓Data-literate: able to define KPIs, interpret performance metrics, and write basic SQL queries
- ✓Structured thinker who can translate ambiguous problems into clear problem statements and execution plans
- ✓Clear and confident communicator who aligns cross-functional partners effectively
- ✓Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity
