About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Product Manager/Lead to join our Product team at Relevance AI in Sydney. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions for large-scale customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive product development for the enterprise segment of our platform
- →Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, sales, and implementations to deliver scalable solutions
- →Build strong rapport with enterprise customers to understand their technical environments and business priorities
- →Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for internal and external stakeholders
- →Set high standards for product quality and reliability
- →Mentor and lead the product team, fostering a culture of AI dogfooding
Requirements
- ✓5+ years as a product manager working with enterprise customers
- ✓Strong technical acumen with experience in engineering, DevOps, or related fields
- ✓Solid understanding of enterprise authentication options and security concepts
- ✓Passionate about AI, agents, and enterprise automation
- ✓Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional teams
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
