About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Onboarding Operations - EMEA to join our team at Remote. This role focuses on leading a high-impact, customer-facing team responsible for onboarding our clients' employees globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of EMEA Onboarding Operations Specialists with direct line management
- →Ensure highest quality standards and performance expectations are met within our high-performance culture
- →Motivate your team, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts
- →Act as escalation point for onboarding challenges in EMEA
- →Collaborate with managers to drive operational change projects
- →Utilize data to track team performance and produce regular reports
- →Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Significant people management experience with high-volume operational teams
- ✓Strong alignment with Remote's CITIE values, particularly Care and Intensity
- ✓Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations
- ✓Experience collaborating with peers across departments
- ✓Experience leading or contributing to departmental operational projects
- ✓Decision-making skills with data-driven approach
- ✓Team-oriented with capacity to build trust and empower others
- ✓Pragmatic and flexible approach to challenges
- ✓Basic understanding of emotional intelligence in workplace
- ✓Engagement with WorkRamp materials and training
- ✓Able to work at least 70% of the day in Central EMEA time zone
- ✓Fluent English communication skills
