About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Remote. This role focuses on helping existing customers navigate global employment needs through tailored consultative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Account Managers in the AMER sales team to understand and address customer business goals
- →Develop a deep understanding of Remote's product offerings and technical capabilities
- →Lead consultative engagements with customers, exploring their technical and business challenges
- →Build trusted advisor relationships through deep industry expertise
- →Drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates
- →Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience
- →Keep up to date with industry trends and challenges in global employment strategies
Requirements
- ✓Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS/payroll solutions
- ✓Solution consulting or consulting experience with proven ability to employ consultative techniques
- ✓Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales processes
- ✓Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- ✓Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn and demonstrate software solutions
- ✓Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies
- ✓Collaborative mindset with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Experience working in high-growth environments
- ✓Fluent English; Spanish or French fluency a plus
