About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Remote, a company that helps organizations navigate global employment compliantly. This role focuses on understanding the global employment needs of our existing customers and providing tailored consultative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner closely with Account Managers in the AMER sales team to help understand and address customer business goals and requirements
→Develop a deep understanding of Remote's product offerings and technical capabilities
→Lead consultative engagements with customers, exploring their technical and business challenges
→Build trusted advisor relationships through deep industry expertise
→Drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates
→Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience
→Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

✓Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS and payroll solutions
✓Solution consulting or consulting experience
✓Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales processes
✓Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
✓Strong technical aptitude
✓Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies
✓Collaborative mindset with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
✓Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments
✓Fluent English; additional fluency in Spanish or French considered a plus
