About the Role
Altium is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in the assigned region. This role involves building new customer relationships and leveraging existing ones to expand and upsell products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Altium’s solutions.
- →Ensure high post-sales satisfaction, driving renewals and long-term partnerships.
- →Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- →Present Altium’s value proposition through online presentations to engineering teams, management, and C-level executives.
- →Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in Altium’s CRM system.
- →Execute specialized projects such as call-out campaigns and customer data updates.
- →Develop and implement strategies to expand Altium’s customer base and enhance market penetration.
- →Track and manage subscription renewal dates within the assigned territory to maximize retention.
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and customer success teams, to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- →Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Altium’s evolving product offerings.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- ✓Strong understanding of the electronics design industry and PCB software solutions.
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- ✓Experience with CRM systems.
- ✓Ability to travel within India.
