About the Role
We are looking for an MCU Test Engineer to join Renesas, a leader in automotive MCU products that combine ultra-low power consumption with high performance. As we advance to 28nm and 22nm processes and expand production volume, maintaining test quality and improving costs is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop test design for automotive MCU products (28nm/20nm)
- →Develop test programs using LSI testers and evaluate product characteristics
- →Lead production ramp-up and improve/modify/maintain mass production specifications
Requirements
- ✓Experience in test design and development for semiconductor products
