About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the leadership team within our Power Group. This role involves partnering with Global HR Business Partners and senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives that enhance organizational performance, talent growth, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Global HRBPs and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable HR and organizational plans.
- →Act as a trusted advisor to VP, Sr. Director, and Director-level leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies.
- →Execute global talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, leadership development pipelines, and talent optimization efforts.
- →Use data and people analytics to identify trends, inform talent decisions, and support workforce planning and organizational design recommendations.
- →Support teams through organizational or culture shifts by providing clear communication, structured change management, and proactive engagement.
- →Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent, high-quality HR solutions.
