About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Software & Digitalization (SW&D) leadership team. This strategic role will partner closely with leaders to drive business-aligned people strategies and enable effective people decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with global HRBPs to understand strategic priorities of SW&D and translate them into actionable plans
- →Enable talent and performance outcomes by executing global strategies across talent management, organizational design, and performance management
- →Build future-ready capability by identifying strengths, development needs, and shaping talent pipelines
- →Provide insights through people analytics to guide workforce planning, organizational design, and capability-building
- →Lead change effectively by guiding teams through organizational transitions
- →Collaborate across the HR community to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive HR agenda
Requirements
- ✓Experience partnering with leadership teams on people strategies
- ✓Strong understanding of talent management and organizational design
- ✓Ability to leverage people analytics for data-driven decisions
- ✓Experience guiding organizational transitions and change management
- ✓Excellent communication and active listening skills
