About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Rentokil Specialist Hygiene. This role focuses on developing commercial success within your sales team and expanding the company's portfolio through new customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop commercial success and expand portfolio through new customer acquisition
- →Manage the entire commercial process in the region including account and regional planning
- →Lead and motivate the sales team by directly managing Account Managers
- →Achieve sales targets in the region
- →Contribute to the annual business plan and derived branch budget and sales policy
- →Translate national policy into your own branch strategy
- →Initiate and organize local sales and service actions
- →Stimulate and contribute to nationally organized actions and incentives
- →Maintain close contact with the service department for customized service
- →Implement personnel policy (in, through, and outflow)
Requirements
- ✓Completed commercial HBO education
- ✓Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, particularly managing commercial teams in B2B
- ✓Ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into results
- ✓Strong network, creativity, and market knowledge
- ✓Ability to inspire and expand your team
- ✓Enthusiastic and flexible attitude
- ✓Able to function in complex/matrix organizations, preferably in the service industry
- ✓Capable of leading in a coaching and stimulating manner
- ✓Able to translate the essence of service into market approach
- ✓Natural networker with persuasive skills
- ✓Strong personality with a sense of responsibility
- ✓Possess a driver's license (B)
