About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Renuity, LLC. This role focuses on generating leads for our sales staff through various methods including door-to-door inquiries and event assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible
- →Make door-to-door inquiries and assist with events
- →Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers
- →Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals
- →Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
- →Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly
- →Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
- →Track and communicate all activity with leads
- →Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable always
Requirements
- ✓1+ year sales experience preferred
- ✓1+ year customer service experience
- ✓Excellent attention to detail
- ✓Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow through and execution
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks
- ✓Strong verbal and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- ✓Effective customer communication skills
- ✓Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- ✓Ability to learn and effectively use software applications used in the performance of job duties
