About the Role
We are looking for an HRBP to join our team at Renuity, a leading home improvement services business. This role involves overseeing multiple client groups within a division and interacting with senior leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with executive leadership and HR leadership to develop and execute HR strategies
- →Analyze and interpret HR metrics and workforce data to drive strategic planning
- →Align HR initiatives with organization priorities to drive business performance
- →Act as a trusted advisor on complex people-related matters
- →Serve as a bridge between HR and business units
- →Support and lead change management efforts
- →Gain insight into functional roles, responsibilities, and compensation structures
- →Understand financial goals and key business drivers
- →Lead succession planning efforts
- →Identify high-potential talent and develop career growth opportunities
- →Drive organizational change initiatives
- →Support leadership development programs
- →Design and implement organizational development strategies
- →Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience
- →Champion best practices for a positive workplace culture
- →Provide guidance on individual development plans
- →Advise managers on performance issues
- →Review and assist in drafting performance improvement plans
