About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our refrigeration product range and identify new market opportunities. This role involves analyzing market trends and performance data to refine strategies and enhance solution effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the development of our refrigeration product range and identify new market opportunities
- βAnalyze and optimize strategies using market trends, performance data, and customer insights
- βMonitor and manage key KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and improve product performance
- βWork closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure effective product management and strong partnerships
- βPartner with sales, key account management, procurement, pricing, logistics, and e-commerce teams to implement product strategies successfully

- βGradually develop into a Group Leader role and manage a small team of Junior Product Managers, fostering their growth and skill development
