About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Lead - Partnerships to lead the operations of new Partnership Programs across new channels and user groups at Replit. This role will be the operational backbone that makes it possible to expand into new customer segments, building the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination needed to bring new programs to life and scale them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end execution and operations of programs, including program design, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- →Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including accelerators, hyperscalers, and niche communities to drive pipeline and co-marketing opportunities
- →Develop tiered program structures with clear benefits, milestones, and success metrics for programs
- →Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure program participants convert to paid plans and expand usage over time
- →Track and report on KPIs including enrollment, activation, retention, and revenue contribution from programs
- →Identify and recruit high-potential users for showcases, case studies, and community spotlights
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in program management, partnerships, or community roles
- ✓Proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage founders, operators, and ecosystem partners
- ✓Data-driven mindset: comfortable setting targets, analyzing funnel performance, and iterating based on results
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create compelling program materials and pitch decks independently
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
- ✓Genuine passion for the startup ecosystem and understanding of how early-stage companies make tooling decisions
