About the Role
We are looking for AI Agent Engineers to join our team at Resolve AI. This role focuses on building transformative AI Production Engineer solutions that investigate and fix complex system issues end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own customer outcomes end to end, working directly with customers and stakeholders to define technical scope and build solutions
- →Build product capabilities that matter, designing and implementing features across the full stack
- →Integrate deeply with customer environments, working with cloud platforms, observability systems, and incident response workflows
- →Diagnose and resolve complex issues across customer deployments
- →Measure what matters by building evaluations and feedback loops that quantify customer value
- →Raise the engineering bar by writing clean, maintainable code and leading design discussions
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of industry experience building production software, with a strong background in backend or distributed systems
- ✓Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, and building reliable software in high concurrency environments
- ✓Experience operating systems in production, including debugging failures and performance issues
- ✓Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure tooling
- ✓Familiarity with databases, messaging systems, and service-oriented architectures
- ✓Interest in AI-driven systems, with experience or curiosity around LLM-powered applications
- ✓A strong sense of ownership and comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓A builder's mindset with experience shipping, iterating, and improving systems
