Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. Restaurant365’s culture is focused on empowering team members to produce top-notch results while elevating their skills. We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” ... and we want that for you too!
This role is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office). As the position supports U.S. operations, team members may be required to work on certain Mexico holidays based on business and operational needs.
As part of the Revenue Operations team supporting Sales, Marketing, and CS organizations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will own data hygiene, territory assignments, and data integration programs across Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack. You will report to the Revenue Operations Sr. Manager (Sales Ops) and lead data quality initiatives, maintain territory accuracy, and leverage AI and automation to replace manual work with scalable processes.Â
This role requires someone who can own programs end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps and Revenue leadership, and operate as a subject-matter expert for GTM data operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable designing data workflows and executing them at scale.Â
How you'll add value:
Data Hygiene, Automation & AI
•
Own and lead data hygiene programs across all GTM systems, including duplicate removal, legacy account cleanup, and account validation.
•
Administer and optimize data quality tools (RingLead or similar) to improve deduplication and automation at scale.
•
Apply AI-driven tools and workflows to accelerate account validation, data enrichment, and data quality processes that would otherwise require manual effort.
•
Establish and enforce governance standards for critical account data fields (billing address, business status, brand associations, territory fields).
Territory Intelligence & Account Operations
•
Support and refine TAM/SAM models using data enrichment and intelligence tools.
•
Own territory data accuracy, including out-of-territory reporting, account alignment, and quarterly territory hygiene reviews.
•
Manage account ownership moves related to AE terminations, territory changes, and org restructures per SOPs and SLAs.
•
Maintain the Week In/Week Out review cadence for account status, holdovers, growth moves, and inactive user accounts.
•
Own National Brand record management in Salesforce, ensuring accurate franchise/corporate record types, brand flags, and account-to-brand associations.
Data Integration & Tool Management
•
Ensure GTM data tools (Salesforce, Fullcast, ZoomInfo, Datalane, Datassential, RingLead) are properly integrated, synced, and optimized.
•
Serve as a subject-matter expert for data operations tooling, providing input on integration requirements and evaluating emerging tools.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
•
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data quality monitors that support territory operations and leadership visibility.
•
Document processes, SOPs, and program workflows for repeatable execution and knowledge transfer.
•
Mentor and guide junior data quality specialists on tooling, best practices, and execution standards.
•
Provide regular program-level updates on data quality metrics, cleanup progress, and initiative milestones.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Required
•
4-6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Data Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
•
Deep Salesforce experience: reports, dashboards, data loader, record types, validation rules, and page layouts.
•
Hands-on experience with mass data operations at scale using Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, or equivalent.
•
Experience leading data hygiene or data quality programs, not just executing individual tasks.
•
Proficiency in SQL or SOQL for data querying across multiple systems.
•
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
•
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Glean) to accelerate data operations and analysis.
Preferred
•
Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead, Clay, Datassential, or similar).
•
Experience with TAM/SAM monitoring, territory management, and account segmentation.
•
Background in designing data automation workflows using APIs or system integrations.
•
Experience working in Agile/sprint-based workflows (Jira or similar).
