About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Restaurant365, a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry with its cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations. This role involves working closely with the sales team to demonstrate the platform and configure products for users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain an expert status on all Restaurant365 features and partnering platforms
- →Understand clients’ requirements and define solutions to bridge any gaps
- →Create and deliver powerful presentations that communicate the value proposition
- →Set up and maintain demonstration platforms for existing and new features
- →Act as a technical resource for the sales team with questions regarding the R365 product
- →Train the sales team on product knowledge and new features
- →Assist with RFPs for the sales team
- →Consult marketing from an R365 product knowledge standpoint
- →Perform webinars for marketing and sales purposes
- →QA newly released features and provide feedback to the product team
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of intermediate accounting principles
- ✓Expertise in restaurant finance and/or operations, preferably both
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Excellent presentation skills
- ✓Knowledge of and prior use of restaurant software systems is a plus
- ✓Minimum of five years of proven work experience in customer service or sales
- ✓Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
- ✓Willingness to travel 25% of the time
