About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team. This role involves working with project managers and business analysts to deliver CPQ implementation projects and provide subject matter expertise to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service/support and executing project implementations
- →Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives
- →Participate in ongoing implementation team decisions/projects and write detailed steps for application development or modification
- →Lead implementation specific activities and conduct meetings with customers
- →Input issues and case data into customer-facing and internal issue tracking applications
- →Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs
- →Proactively identify and resolve process inefficiencies in collaboration with the Implementation Manager and team
- →Participate in ongoing departmental continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Proficiency in AI and automation
- ✓Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation projects
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✓Experience with issue tracking applications
- ✓Understanding of business rules and selling process objectives
