About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation & Growth Manager to join Revefi, a data reliability and operations company recognized by Gartner. This role involves driving pipeline growth through impactful inbound and outbound programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and execute inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- →Build and manage marketing operations, optimizing tools, workflows, and processes for scale and efficiency
- →Develop and execute digital and field marketing strategies aligned with Revefi’s GTM goals
- →Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure tight alignment across the funnel
- →Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations
- →Own acquisition, setup, and ongoing optimization of tools across the entire revenue cycle.
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of hands-on demand generation experience
- ✓Proven experience driving demand at early-stage or startup environments
- ✓Strong command of modern marketing and sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clearbit, Sendgrid, Seamless, or similar)
- ✓Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
- ✓Hands-on experience across both inbound and outbound marketing motions
- ✓Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and iterate
