About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of product solutions. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Operate, optimize, and further develop product solutions in line with the REWE Book of Standards in cross-functional collaboration
- →Actively manage stakeholders and expectations, as well as prioritize the Product Backlog
- →Define, further develop, and continuously adjust the Product Roadmap
- →Shape the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap together with the team and stakeholders
- →Implement security measures to ensure compliance and system security
- →Provide disciplinary leadership and further development of the team
- →Responsible for budget and resources, including cost control
- →Responsible for the product or service budget and product-related decisions according to the points defined by the CPO
- →Ensure delivery capability and result responsibility, as well as active escalation management
