Key Responsibilities

→Work closely with the management team and act as a sparring partner for ongoing topics, priorities, and confidential projects.
→As a central interface, structure complex topics, drive projects forward, and ensure a smooth flow of information.
→Take on research tasks, create analyses, and prepare decision-making bases, management presentations, and status reports.
→Organize and prepare meetings and workshops both before and after – including minutes and consistent follow-up of measures.
→Participate actively in steering committees, coordinate leaders, conduct proactive stakeholder management, and serve as a connecting interface to the Group headquarters in Cologne.
