About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Rexel USA team in Anaheim, CA. This role involves managing low complexity project business by handling orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring proper billing.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage all aspects of low profile/complex projects
- βCommunicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds (over, short & damaged), and resolve customer issues promptly
- βReview Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct
- βWork with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
- βCoordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims, and returned goods
- βExpedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
- βManage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates, and back charge
- βReceive day-to-day requests from the project and large packages from the Quotation team
- βProvide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals with leadership assistance
- βWork with leadership to determine vendors and purchase requirements for additional pricing advantages and product substitution opportunities
- βCoordinate with the project team for documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance
- βPerform other duties as assigned
