About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Rexel USA team in Anaheim, CA. This role involves managing high complex project business by handling orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring proper billing.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage all aspects of high profile/complex projects that require a high level of product knowledge
- βCommunicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds (over, short & damaged), and resolve customer issues promptly
- βReview Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct
- βWork with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
- βCoordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims, and returned goods
- βExpedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
- βDetermine vendors and purchase requirements to improve project profitability
- βManage delivery schedules, product quality, information updates, and back charges
- βProactively seek alternative methods to deliver projects on time and within budget
- βProvide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals
- βDeepen customer relationships that may require on-site visits
- βCoordinate with project team for documentation requirements
- βProvide training and guidance to entry-level Project Managers
- βPerform other duties as assigned
