About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on meeting sales targets and developing new business in the industrial automation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets
- →Increase business in assigned accounts
- →Understand customer requirements and market trends
- →Introduce latest products and technical updates to customers
- →Record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly
- →Coordinate with internal Logistic and Technical teams
- →Develop new customers by following up on leads and prospecting
- →Follow up on quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade customers to place orders
Requirements
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- ✓Negotiation skills
- ✓Previous experience in B2B sales and marketing for industrial automation
- ✓Added advantage for experience in distribution or integration
- ✓Product knowledge of Rittal, Hoffman, Eldon, Bartakke, or BCH
- ✓Industry experience in distribution or networking
- ✓Domain knowledge of control panels, cooling units, or MCC-PCC
