This role is ideal for operators who excel at driving alignment, managing timelines, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. Projects may include managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, coordinating product launches, building operational processes, and supporting ongoing program execution. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and engineering • Ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines • Identify risks and proactively address blockers to keep projects on track • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication • Implement and optimize project management processes and tools • Track project performance and ensure successful delivery against goals Requirements • Strong experience in marketing project or program management • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Comfort working across different industries and marketing functions Nice to Have • Experience supporting go-to-market or product launch initiatives • Familiarity with agile or other project management methodologies • Experience in high-growth startup environments • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
