About the Role
We are looking for a Physical Security Operations Manager to join Riot Games. This role will own the day-to-day operational performance and continuous improvement of Riot’s physical security program, ensuring consistent guard force execution, site procedures, and incident response across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct thorough risk assessments and regularly update safety and security protocols to mitigate potential threats
- →Create and execute comprehensive security plans
- →Update and test emergency response plans and crisis management protocols
- →Oversee and implement security plans for company events
- →Support the Executive Protection program during high-visibility events
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company policies
- →Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and strategic external partners
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in physical security
- ✓In-depth knowledge of security protocols and risk management strategies
- ✓Experience developing physical security plans for corporate events
- ✓Awareness of health, safety, and emergency evacuation protocols
- ✓High ethical standards with proven ability to handle confidential information
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Capacity to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
- ✓Proven crisis management experience
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
