About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Ripple, a company building solutions for financial institutions, businesses, and governments. This role involves integrating Ripple's digital asset capabilities into the Ripple Treasury platform, working in a fast-paced environment with experienced industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the digital assets integration engineering effort, architecting and building systems that connect Ripple's digital asset capabilities into Ripple Treasury's enterprise platform.
→Build and lead a team of up to four full-stack .NET developers, hiring, coaching, and growing engineers while remaining hands-on with code.
→Ship working software daily, leading a fast-paced Kanban workflow where the team builds, presents, iterates, and adapts direction based on feedback.
→Collaborate directly with Ripple's core digital assets team to understand protocol capabilities and integration points.
→Design full-stack solutions spanning .NET backend services and Angular or React frontends, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and security.
→Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making sound engineering decisions with incomplete information and keeping the team productive through rapid pivots.
→Partner with product, compliance, and treasury domain experts to translate emerging requirements into shippable features.
→Define engineering practices for the team, establishing coding standards, review processes, testing strategies, and deployment patterns.

Requirements

✓7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background in .NET and modern frontend frameworks.
✓2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring, coaching, and building engineering teams.
✓Demonstrated ability to ship software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
✓Production experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain.
✓Comfort with pioneering work, thriving when the playbook hasn't been written yet.
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work closely with multi-functional partners.
✓Hands-on leadership orientation, willingness and ability to write production code alongside your team.
