About the Role
The PMO Director at Ripple is responsible for the direction, governance, and management of all customer-facing projects worldwide. This role involves building and scaling service operations while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement a global project management strategy and governance framework.
- →Establish, standardize, and enforce best-in-class project management methodologies and quality standards.
- →Oversee the entire global project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and workload balancing.
- →Drive accountability for project delivery excellence, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- →Anticipate potential project risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of project and program managers.
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business units, strategic customers, and external partners.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a senior PMO leadership position within SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting.
- ✓Proven track record of successfully building, growing, and scaling services globally.
- ✓Experience managing both internal delivery teams and partner-led projects, including working with Systems Integrators (SIs) and global consulting firms.
- ✓Deep understanding of corporate treasury and finance functions, cloud-based SaaS implementation, and technical integration services.
- ✓Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- ✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at the executive level.
- ✓Deep expertise in various project management methodologies and project management software/tools.
- ✓Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and adapt to changing priorities.
