THE WORK:
Weβre building the next phase of real-world adoption on the XRP Ledger, and LATAM is a critical part of that journey. As Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for LATAM, youβll partner with builders, founders, and institutions to expand how tokenized assets are used across payments, trade finance, and collateral management.
Together, weβll grow a durable ecosystem by connecting startups, venture capital, and strategic partners across LATAMβs FinTech and TradFi landscape, while navigating the regionβs diverse regulatory environments. This is a strategic yet hands-on role blending ecosystem development, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
You will be responsible for the rollout of ecosystem growth programs, supporting emerging startups from inception to mainnet launch, and improving our standing in the region. Navigating LATAMβs diverse regulatory landscape, you will form a robust network of startup programs, venture capital firms, and ecosystem players.
WHAT YOUβLL DO:
β’ Complete and put into action ecosystem growth strategy for XRPL, adapted to local regulatory and market conditions
β’ Discover, evaluate, and support high-potential startups and developers building on XRPL
β’ Build meaningful alliances with accelerators, VCs, FinTech, and ecosystem service providers
β’ Structure partnership agreements built to drive balanced ecosystem growth
β’ Guide startups from early-stage concept through successful mainnet deployment
β’ Review grant and accelerator applications, assessing founder quality, product potential, and ecosystem fit
β’ Facilitate introductions to partners, resources, and growth opportunities
β’ Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies to help accelerate their growth trajectory
β’ Build and lead top-of-funnel pipelines through targeted programs, grants, and direct outreach, while identifying emerging trends, new growth partners, and institutional channels across LATAM
β’ Work closely with DevRel, Partner Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing, youβll help shape go-to-market strategies & iterate based on ecosystem performance and market feedback
β’ Supervise regulatory developments and assess their impact on tokenization and digital asset adoption
β’ Use data and strategic narratives to influence cross-functional collaborators
β’ Pressure-test growth strategies and provide thoughtful tradeoff analysis across challenging priorities
β’ Anticipate market obstacles and recommend scalable, innovative solutions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
β’ 5β8 years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, FinTech or TradFi growth, or related roles
β’ Proven track record in structuring and leading partnerships with early-stage teams or strategic collaborators
β’ Experience operating across markets with diverse regulatory and business environments
β’ Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel optimization and partnership performance benchmarking
β’ Technical understanding sufficient to engage product and infrastructure teams on feasibility assessments
β’ Solid understanding of financial instruments, market structure, and regulatory frameworks
β’ Familiarity with tokenization trends, DeFi protocols, and their intersection with traditional finance
β’ Clear, influential communicator with strong relationship-building skills
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity with autonomy and accountability
β’ Data-guided approach to measuring and improving ecosystem growth initiatives
